By purchasing through Flicker & Flame Candle Co, you agree to the conditions listed below. We made these arrangements to ensure you are fully aware of our discount policies and return procedures because our products are consumable. These agreements apply to domestic US nations.

Return Conditions

All of our items are considered consumable which means they are not available for return. However, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please let us know by emailing us within 48 hours of delivery.ย 

Refunds

If your item meets one of the above conditions and you're eligible for a refund, you should see your refund within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Recheck your bank account if you havenโ€™t received a refund.
